When will my order ship or be ready for pickup?Updated 8 months ago

We typically are able to process orders in 2 business days however during peak sale and high volume seasons, this may take longer. We fulfill orders in the order they were received. We are closed on Sundays. 

Please note that all "Estimated Shipping" arrival times quoted at the time of checkout, are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed after noon (Central Time) on Saturdays will not be shipped out or ready for pickup until the following Monday. All Bogg Bag orders are shipped via UPS. UPS does not pick up on Saturdays. Please be aware that this means all Bogg Bag orders placed after noon (Central Time)  on Fridays, will not be shipped out until the following Monday. 

Shipments

Once your package ships, we will send a follow-up email with the tracking information. There is no UPS/USPS pickups or delivery on Saturday & Sunday. Any regular or expedited shipping order placed after 12:00 pm (Central Time) Friday will not ship out until Monday. Next Day orders placed Thursday afternoon (Central Time) will not arrive until Monday.  

In-Store & Curbside Pickups

Once your package is ready for pick up, we will send an email notifying you. Please wait for the email, or call 334-446-4887, to ensure your order is ready before you arrive at the store. Orders can be picked up during business hours Monday - Saturday at our Dothan store location, 3535 Ross Clark Circle.

Please note that if you need your items quickly during sale or holiday season, we recommend shopping in-store.
