Why isn't my gift card being accepted?Updated 2 years ago

If you’ve purchased a Physical Gift Card on or before 2005, you cannot redeem this Gift Card online. Please bring this card in-store to exchange it for a replacement Gift Card that can be used online, or use it on an in-store purchase.

Please double check if you are tyring to use an E-Gift Certificate or a Physical Gift Card. E-Gift Certificates are redeemed in your cart. Simply click "View Cart" and enter the E-Gift Certificate code under the "E-Gift Certificate" link. If you are redeeming a Physical Gift Card online, you enter this code as part of checkout in Payment Section 4 under the "Use a Gift Card" link. You are not able to use a Gift Card to purchase another gift card.

If you are still getting an error, try entering the number without spaces or dashes. 

You can also check if your balance is $0 for E-Gift Certificates here. Physical Gift Card balances can be checked via a link in your shopping cart, in the right hand column section.
