To request a return, please click go to our online returns portal.

• Must include three images for the return request.
  1. One to two images of the product returning
  2. One of our Eagle Eye Outfitters tag
  3. If requesting to return shoes, must include an image of the bottom of the shoes and the shoe box
• Provide a reason for the return
• If you feel your item has arrived damaged:

  2. For Route Package Protection orders, you can file a claim
• If you are wanting to return an order placed in store, please contact us at [email protected].
• Once Eagle Eye Outfitters receives your return request, we will review (Monday – Friday during business hours) and approve or deny based on our return policy.
