What happens when my return request is approved.Updated 3 hours ago
- A return label will be sent via an email and QR Code.
- Per our return policy, return postage is not prepaid, and Eagle Eye Outfitters is not responsible for the return shipping costs. Return Shipping Label costs will be deducted from the return amount.
- Return must be shipped back to Eagle Eye Outfitters in 14 days using the paid return shipping label.
- Once Eagle Eye Outfitters receives the return, we will inspect and issue a refund for the returned product(s), plus any applicable tax, on the original form of payment.
- Returns are typically processed within 2-4 business days upon receiving your package, Monday – Friday.
- Refunds are only given in the original form of payment (including debit cards & gift cards). You will receive an email when your refund has been issued. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully be posted to your account.
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the return amount.
- Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason on returns.
